It’s time to celebrate spring together with good vibes, cool classes and to built up our zürich community!
Here’s what I’ve planned for us:✨ Class 1: 365’ DEEPWORK
We’ll start with a dynamic energizing flow—something light and playful to get us moving and feeling great.✨ Class 2: BODYART & PRANA After that, it’s all about grounding, Qi movements, BODYART stretches and setting intentions for the year ahead. There are 20 spots available, so if this sounds like the perfect way to start spring 2025, make sure to grab your mat.
