About the event
PRANA is one of the main pillars of the inZENtive global workout project. You learn how to rebuild the body's energy system through a combination of focused breathing and movement.
The inZENtive Breath Training combines biochemistry, the quantum theory and breath work into something very unique: Biodynamic breathing! Be one of the first to experience this new concept.
Options for your booking:
- Only the weekend in November for EUR 490 (November 3rd-5th, 2023).
- Only the training in February for EUR 1,900 (from February 2nd-9th, 2024).
- The weekend and the training in February for EUR 1,900 (depending on the payment method).
- All participants of the inZENtive PRANA weekend will receive this training at a reduced price of EUR 1,410 (depending on the payment method) because attending the weekend in November will be credited towards it!
